Privacy notice
Check before going live. The technical statements below describe what this website actually does, and they are accurate. What is still missing is the controller's details from the imprint and, if applicable, a data processing agreement with Cloudflare.

The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, no advertising scripts and no social plugins. There is therefore no cookie banner — there would be nothing for you to consent to.
All fonts are served from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other third-party CDN, so your IP address is never transmitted to such a service.
One single exception: if your browser prefers the other language we show
a small notice pointing at the other version. If you dismiss it, your browser
remembers that in sessionStorage. That entry never leaves your
device and is deleted when you close the tab.
Server logs
When you load the site, our host Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested path, volume transferred, browser identification). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating the site securely and reliably. This data is not combined with other sources and is not used to recognise individuals.
Processor: Cloudflare, Inc. Delivery is from European data centres; Cloudflare offers standard contractual clauses for any third-country transfers.
Contact form
If you send us a message we process your name, email address, the message itself, and your IP address and country of origin (the latter two to prevent automated abuse). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or (f).
The message is delivered over SMTP to our own mailbox on our own mail server. No external form or newsletter service is involved. We keep enquiries for as long as is needed to deal with them and any follow-up, and delete them after three years at the latest unless a statutory retention period applies.

The inbox classifier
The small AI model runs entirely in your browser. The text you type is not transmitted — not to us and not to anyone else. It exists only in your browser tab's memory and is gone when you reload the page. What it learns is not stored either.
This page's own measurements
Load time, page weight and layout shift are measured by your browser and displayed only there. We never see those values.
The blockchain panel
Our server fetches the Ethereum data from a public RPC provider and passes it on to your browser. Your browser never speaks to the provider directly, so your IP address is not transmitted to it.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. An informal email to office@dezwart.at is enough.
If you believe the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority: dsb.gv.at.
Changes
When the website changes technically, this notice changes with it. Last updated: August 2026.
